Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Moving Champion. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all payments made through our website and WooCommerce receipts.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable once a move is confirmed and scheduled.

Payments made toward moving services are applied exclusively to the scheduled move date and services listed on your receipt.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing or by phone.

If a cancellation is made within the allowed 24 hrs cancellation window stated in your service agreement, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

Cancellations made after the 24 hrs cancellation window, on the day of the move, or after services have started are not eligible for a refund.

Changes to Services

Any changes to move details (date, time, addresses, inventory, or services) may result in price adjustments.

Additional charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If services are reduced, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management approval.

No-Show Policy

If the customer is not available at the scheduled time or access to the location is not provided, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Service Issues

If you experience an issue with the service provided, you must notify Moving Champion within 24 hours of completion of the move.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
